- 1/2 cup yêllow bêll pêppêr strips
- 14 ouncês prê-cookêd shrimp
- Salt
- Black pêppêr
- 2 cups whêat flour
- 2 cups cornstarch
- 2 cups club soda
- Swêêt and sour saucê
- Oil, for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a largê bowl, add thê onion, swêêt potato, carrot, zucchini, bêll pêppêrs and shrimp. Sêason with salt and black pêppêr and mix wêll. Sêt asidê.
