1 c. granulatêd sugar

3 largê êggs

1 tsp. purê vanilla êxtract

1/2 c. sour crêam

2 tbsp. all-purposê flour

1/2 tsp. koshêr salt

2 c. frostêd (whitê and pink) animal cookiês, roughly choppêd

FOR THÊ GLAZÊ

2 c. powdêrêd sugar

2 tbsp. wholê milk

Nêon pink food coloring

Whippêd crêam

Rainbow nonparêil sprinklês

DIRÊCTIONS

Prêhêat ovên to 350°. In a largê bowl, mix togêthêr animal crackêr crumbs, buttêr, sugar, and salt. Prêss into thê bottom of an 8" or 9" springform pan. 

Bakê crust until light goldên, about 10 to 12 minutês. Sêt on rack to cool complêtêly and rêducê ovên têmpêraturê to 325°
