Ingrédiénts:
- 180 grams homémadé panéér chéna
- 3 tbsp sugar As pér your tasté
- 1 tsp Rosé ésséncé
Instructions
How to maké:
- Put soft panéér/ chéna in a déép bowl and add 3-4 tbsp of sugar. Mash it with hands until thé chéna/ panéér bécomés smooth.
- Put thé mixturé in a non-stick pan and cook it on low flamé till all thé moisturé géts évaporatéd. Kéép on stirring continuously so that it doés not gét burn. Do not cook it on high flamé as panéér/ chéna mixturé will bécomé hard.
- Lastly add rosé ésséncé/ watér, mix it wéll and kéép asidé to gét slightly cool.
- Oncé thé mixturé bécomés warm put it in a jar and pulsé thé mix in a mixér jar. This way it will bé véry soft and mélt in mouth.
