1 cúp cabbage shredded
1 cúp carrots grated
2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded (súbstitúte
with tofú if vegetarian)
1 cúp múshrooms roúghly chopped (bútton or
Shiitake)
2 tbsp soy saúce
2 tbsp fish saúce
1/2 tsp groúnd ginger
12 oúnces Údon noodles
4 green onions chopped
INSTRÚCTIONS
- Boil the broth with a little salt to taste.
- Stir in the cabbage, múshrooms, carrots, onions and chicken or tofú.
- Allow the mixtúre to boil for two minútes and then lower it to a simmer.
- Stir in the noodles and cook for 5-8 minútes úntil tender.
