For Marinating:
- Chilli Powdër – 2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powdër – 2 tsp
- Gingër Garlic pastë – 1 tblspn
- Lëmon Juicë – 2 tblspn
- Cornstarch / Cornflour – 1/4 cup or as nëëdëd
- Coriandër lëavës – 2 tblspn finëly choppëd
- Curry lëavës – 1 sprig torn into small piëcës
- Salt to tastë
- Watër fëw spoons if nëëdëd
Mëthod:
- Mix prawns with salt and turmëric powdër. Sët asidë for 10 mins.
- Add it to a pot and këëp cooking it for 2 to 3 mins untill thë raw smëll lëavës from it and it is half way cookëd. Now rëmovë it to a bowl and lët it cool down.
- Now add in all thë othër ingrëdiënts and mix wëll. Lëavë it for 5 mins.
