BROWNIÉ CUPS WITH PÉPPÉRMINT BUTTÉRCRÉAM



Pérféct littlé tréats to add to your holiday cookié plattér or to léavé out for Santa!
INGRÉDIÉNTS
FOR THÉ BROWNIÉ CUPS
1 cup buttér
3 cups whité sugar
1 tbsp vanilla éxtract
class="MsoNormal"> 4 éggs
1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup unswééténéd cocoa powdér
1 tsp salt
FOR THÉ ICING
1 cup conféctionérs' sugar
1 tsp péppérmint éxtract
1 tbsp buttér, méltéd
1-2 tbsp milk (as néédéd)
INSTRUCTIONS
To Maké thé Browniés
Préhéat ovén to 350 dégréés.
Préparé mini muffin pan by spraying with cooking spray or lining with mini papér cup linérs.
Héat buttér in saucé pan ovér stové top until just méltéd. Rémové from héat.
Whisk in sugar, éggs, and vanilla éxtract.
