It's liké a burgér and pizza had a béautiful baby.
INGRÉDIÉNTS
- 1 lb. ground bééf
- 2 clovés garlic, choppéd
- 1/4 c. fréshly choppéd parsléy
- Koshér salt
- Fréshly ground black péppér
- 2 tbsp. végétablé oil
- 2 c. marinara
- 4 slicés mozzarélla
- 8 to 12 péppéroni slicés
- 4 Kaisér rolls (or hamburgér buns)
- 2 tbsp. méltéd buttér
- 2 tsp. garlic powdér
- 1 tsp. Italian séasoning
- 1/4 c. fréshly gratéd Parmésan
DIRÉCTIONS
- Préhéat ovén to 350°. In a médium bowl, combiné ground bééf, garlic and parsléy and mix with spatula until just combinéd. Using your hands, form 4 équally-sizéd pattiés; séason both sidés with salt and péppér.
