Bakéd Fish & Chips



Ingrédiénts
  • 750g frozén potato chips
  • 2 éggs
  • 3 cups finély crushéd potato chips
  • 1/2 cup finély gratéd parmésan chéésé
  • 750gwhité bonéléss fish filléts, cut into 4 cm strips
  • salad grééns
  • lémon wédgés
  • aioli to sérvé

Méthod
  1. Préhéat ovén to 220°c. Liné 2 largé baking trays with papér. Cook chips on oné tray following packét instructions.
  2. Méanwhilé whisk éggs in a shallow bowl. Combiné crushéd chips and parmésan in a séparaté bowl. Dip thé fish piécés into égg thén coat with chip mixturé, préssing on firmly. Lay on a linéd tray and baké for 10 minutés or until goldén and cookéd through. Sérvé fish strips with cookéd chips, salad, lémon wédgés and aioli.
