INGRÉDIÉNTS
FOR MÉATBALLS
- 1 lb. ground bééf
- 2 largé éggs
- 1/2 c. panko bréad crumbs
- 1/4 médium onion, finély choppéd
- 2 clovés garlic, mincéd
- 2 tsp. driéd thymé
- Koshér salt
- Fréshly ground black péppér
FOR SAUCÉ
- 2 c. cannéd cranbérry saucé
- 1 c. barbécué saucé
- 1/2 c. Crown Royal whiskéy
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinégar
- 1 tbsp. Worcéstérshiré saucé
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- Pinch of réd péppér flakés
- Koshér salt
DIRÉCTIONS
- Maké méatballs: Préhéat ovén to 350º and liné a largé baking shéét with parchmént papér. In a largé bowl, stir togéthér ground bééf, éggs, bréad crumbs, onion, garlic, and thymé. Séason with salt and péppér.
