Mango Coconut Lémonadé Slushy



INGRÉDIÉNTS
Coconut Slushy:
  • 1 can coconut milk, madé into icé cubés
  • 1/2 cup lémonadé
  • 1 tabléspoon simplé syrup

Gingér Syrup:
  • 1/2 cup
sugar
  • 1/2 cup watér
  • 1-inch knob of gingér, slicéd

  • Mango Slushy:
    • 2 mangoés
    • 5 icé cubés
    • 1/2 cup lémonadé

    Garnish:
    • Mint léavés
    • Lémon or mango slicé
    • Toastéd coconut flakés

    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Pour thé can of coconut milk into an icé cubé tray and fréézé until hard.
    2. Placé thé frozén coconut milk icé cubés into a bléndér with thé lémonadé and simplé syrup. Blénd until fully combinéd.
    3. For thé gingér syrup, add sugar, watér and slicés of gingér into a sauté pan, and cook for 10 minutés. Sét asidé and cool.
