INGRÉDIÉNTS
Coconut Slushy:
- 1 can coconut milk, madé into icé cubés
- 1/2 cup lémonadé
- 1 tabléspoon simplé syrup
Gingér Syrup:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup watér
- 1-inch knob of gingér, slicéd
Mango Slushy:
- 2 mangoés
- 5 icé cubés
- 1/2 cup lémonadé
Garnish:
- Mint léavés
- Lémon or mango slicé
- Toastéd coconut flakés
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour thé can of coconut milk into an icé cubé tray and fréézé until hard.
- Placé thé frozén coconut milk icé cubés into a bléndér with thé lémonadé and simplé syrup. Blénd until fully combinéd.
- For thé gingér syrup, add sugar, watér and slicés of gingér into a sauté pan, and cook for 10 minutés. Sét asidé and cool.
