Vëgëtablë and Shrimp Tëmpura



Control your tëmpura! Ëasily makë tëmpura in thë comfort of your own homë.
INGRËDIËNTS
  • 1/2 cup slicëd onion
  • 1/2 cup swëët potato strips
  • 1/2 cup
carrot strips
  • 1/2 cup zucchini strips
  • 1/2 cup rëd bëll pëppër strips
  • 1/2 cup yëllow bëll pëppër strips
  • 14 ouncës prë-cookëd shrimp
  • Salt
  • Black pëppër
  • 2 cups whëat flour
  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • 2 cups club soda
  • Swëët and sour saucë
  • Oil, for frying

  • INSTRUCTIONS
    1. In a largë bowl, add thë onion, swëët potato, carrot, zucchini, bëll pëppërs and shrimp. Sëason with salt and black pëppër and mix wëll. Sët asidë.
    2. In anothër bowl, add thë whëat flour, cornstarch, a pinch of salt and club soda. Mix wëll and pour into thë bowl with thë vëggiës and shrimp. Add portions to a pot of hot oil and fry until goldën.
