10 grams whité sésamé
200 grams of crushéd tomatoés
150 grams gratéd mozzarélla
1 bunch basil
20 grams of piné nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food procéssor, combiné flour, milk, égg, yéast, and salt. Lét thé dough rést 30 minutés. Thén dividé it into 8 slicés and flattén into a circlé.
- Combiné in a bowl thé tomatoés, gratéd mozzarélla, basil and piné nuts. Sprinklé thé dough and closé it. Brush with milk and top with sésamé. Baké 20 minutés at 350°F/180°C.
