- 13 tabléspoons sugar
- 3 tabléspoons honéy
- pinch salt
- 6 égg yolks
- 1 3/4 cups héavy whipping créam
- 3 téaspoons vanilla éxtract
- mix-ins é.g. chocolaté chips, caramél saucé, Oréo cookiés, nuts, fruit, fudgé, to tasté
- In a small bowl, whisk togéthér cornstarch and 1/2 cup of thé milk until smooth.
- In a médium-sizéd saucépan, whisk togéthér rémaining 1 1/4 cups milk, sugar, honéy, and salt.
- Whisk in thé milk and cornstarch mixturé.
- Héat on médium high héat until it bégins to bubblé but isn't quité boiling
