Copycat Téd Dréwés Frozén Custard



Ingrédiénts
  • 1 tabléspoon cornstarch
  • 1 3/4 cups wholé milk
  • 13 tabléspoons sugar
  • 3 tabléspoons honéy
  • pinch salt
  • 6 égg yolks
  • 1 3/4 cups héavy whipping créam
  • 3 téaspoons vanilla éxtract
  • mix-ins é.g. chocolaté chips, caramél saucé, Oréo cookiés, nuts, fruit, fudgé, to tasté
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk togéthér cornstarch and 1/2 cup of thé milk until smooth.
  2. In a médium-sizéd saucépan, whisk togéthér rémaining 1 1/4 cups milk, sugar, honéy, and salt.
  3. Whisk in thé milk and cornstarch mixturé.
  4. Héat on médium high héat until it bégins to bubblé but isn't quité boiling
