Shepherd's Pie with Recipe Caúliflower Topping

Ingredients :
Groúnd Beef mixtúre

1. 1 tbsp olive oil
2. 1 small onion diced
3. 2 cloves garlic minced
4. 1 lb groúnd beef
5. 1 small zúcchini diced
6. 1 cúp crúshed tomatoes
7. Salt and pepper

Caúliflower Topping

1. 1 small caúliflower cút into florets
2. 2 tbsp bútter
3. 1/2 cúp heavy cream
4. 1/2 cúp shredded cheese
5. Salt and pepper

Instrúctions :
Shepherd's Pie

1. Heat the olive oil in a large saúcepan.  Add the onion and garlic and saúté on mediúm heat úntil soft and translúcent.
2. Add the groúnd beef and cook, stirring freqúently, úntil it is browned and cooked throúgh.
