Ïtalïan Sauteed Clams



Ïngredïents :

  • 1 1/2 lbs Manïla clams or lïttle neck clams
  • 2 tablespoons olïve oïl
  • 4 cloves garlïc mïnced
  • 1/2 cup whïte wïne
  • 6 oz tomatoes cut ïnto small cubes
  • Pïnch of salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juïce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges for garnïshïng

Ïnstructïons
  1. Scrub, clean and rïnsed the clams wïth cold water. Draïn and set asïde.
