Low Carb Chili


Super easy to make and full of the classic chili flavor you love.

Ingredients

  1. 1.25 lb ground beef
  2. 8 oz tomato paste
  3. 1 1/2 tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 red bell pepper chopped
  5. 2/4 cup onion chopped
  6. 2 celery sticks chopped
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  11. 3/4 cup water add more if needed


Instructions
  1. Brown meat in fry pan. Once almost finished, drain off fat and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt over meat.
  2. Add onions and peppers to pan and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
