EASY ROSE APPLE COOKIE CUPS

  

Easy Rose Apple Cookie Cups – Delicious desserts that also look gorgeous. Fun recipe to make with kids. 

INGREDIENTS

Apple Roses

1. 2 red apples
2. 2 tbsp lemon juice
3. 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
4. 4 tbsp brown sugar

Cookie Dough

1. 5 tbsp 

0cm; padding: 0cm;">unsalted butter softened

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg yolk from a large egg

1/2 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

pinch salt

⅓ cup mini chocolate chips

powdered sugar for serving, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pre-heat oven to 325°F. Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolk and mix.
