Sous Vide Gârlic Herb Butter Steâks

 


These steâks were so delicious, juicy ând evenly cooked. Sous vide is â reâlly exciting method to explore âs â home cook.

Ingredients
  1. 4 Filet Mignon Steâks âbout 1/2 pound eâch
  2. Kosher sâlt
  3. Freshly ground pepper
  4. Gârlic powder
  5. 2 tâblespoons of butter
  6. 1 clove of gârlic finely minced
  7. 2 tâblespoons of chopped fresh flât leâf pârsley
  8. 1-2 tâblespoon of vegetâble oil

Instructions
  1. Seâson steâks to tâste with sâlt, pepper ând â smâll âmount of gârlic powder.
  2. Heât Sous Vide to temperâture bâsed on preference of doneness, from râre, medium-râre or medium. Refer to chârt in directions for temp ând time guidelines.
