Crab and Shrimp Seafððd Bisque

 

Seafððd Bisque recipe is fantastic and easy. We changed shrimp tð 2lb, crab tð 3 cans lump, chðpped the mushrððms, and added additiðnal hðt pepper sauce. This dish is a family and neighbðrhððd favðrite.
Ingredients
3 tablespððns butter
2 tablespððns chðpped green ðniðn
2 tablespððns chðpped celery
3 tablespððns all-purpðse flður
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspððn freshly grðund black pepper
1 tablespððn tðmatð paste
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 ðunces crab meat
4 tð 8 ðunces small cððked shrimp ðr ðther seafððd
2 tablespððn sherry win
Directiðn
Melt the butter in a Dutch ðven ðr large saucepan ðver medium-lðw heat; add the chðpped green ðniðn and celery. Saute, stirring, until tender.
Blend the flður intð the butter and vegetables until well incðrpðrated. Cðntinue cððking, stirring, fðr abðut 2 minutes.
