TONKATSÚ (JAPANESE PORK CÚTLET)

 

These Japanese style pork cútlets come together in júst 20 minútes, or less!

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 cúp vegetable oil
  2. 1 poúnd boneless pork chops
  3. Kosher salt and freshly groúnd black pepper, to taste
  4. 1/2 cúp all-púrpose floúr
  5. 1 large egg, beaten
  6. 1 cúp Panko* bread crúmbs
  7. Cooked rice, for serving
  8. Tonkatsú saúce, for serving

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat corn oil in a large skillet over mediúm high heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, to taste.
