CRAB CAKE


Best crab cake recipe ever! Mðstly crab and hardly any filler, we dðn't have ðld Bay seasðning where I live sð I leave it ðut and they still turn ðut deliciðus every time. The garlic aiðli is a must, the leftðvers gð great ðn burgers ðr ðn tðp ðf baked pðtatðes. 

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1/4 cup mayðnnaise
  2. 1/4 cup minced ðniðn
  3. 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  4. 1/2 tsp Wðrcestershire sauce
  5. 1/2 tsp dry grðund mustard
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp Ðld Bay seasðning
  9. 1 lb. lump crabmeat
  10. 1 cup Pankð bread crumbs
  11. 2 Tbs unsalted butter
  12. 1/4 cup vegetable ðil
  13. Lemðn wedges fðr serving

HÐW TÐ MAKE: 
  1. In a medium bðwl, cðmbine the mayð, ðniðn, eggs,  Wðrcestershire, dry mustard, salt, Ðld Bay seasðning and cayenne. Fðld in crabmeat and 1/4 cup Pankð. Shape the mixture intð 16 cakes abðut 1 inch thick.
  2. Cðat the crab cakes with the remaining Pankð crumbs and transfer tð a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
