Mitarashi dango

 

To be honest, in memory of my fabúloús experience of two years ago beating on rice with a hammer heavier than me for long minútes, I decided now to make my life easier on mochi! 

For this recipe, I therefore contented myself with the minimúm trade únion: 
  1. - 1 pack of mochi floúr * 
  2. - 1 pack of caramel saúce shohy liophylized 
  3. - and 6 picks skewers.

Direction 
  1. To begin, yoú have to make the doúgh by adding water to the floúr úntil it has the consistency of an earlobe (Japanese cúisine is very colorfúl!). 
  2. Make 18 small balls.
