To be
honest, in memory of my fabúloús experience of two years ago beating on rice
with a hammer heavier than me for long minútes, I decided now to make my life
easier on mochi!
For this recipe, I therefore contented myself with the minimúm trade únion:
- - 1 pack of mochi floúr *
- - 1 pack of caramel saúce shohy liophylized
- - and 6 picks skewers.
Direction
- To begin, yoú have to make the doúgh by adding water to the floúr úntil it has the consistency of an earlobe (Japanese cúisine is very colorfúl!).
- Make 18 small balls.
