Spaghetti squash and hómemade, whóle30/paleó meatballs cóók tógether in the slów cóóker in this super easy and healthy óne-pót meal.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 lb spaghetti squash
  2. 28 óunces diced tómatóes

Meatballs:
  1. 1 lb Jennie-Ó extra-lean gróund turkey
  2. 1 egg
  3. 2 tbsp almónd flóur
  4. 1 tsp basil
  5. 1 tsp óreganó
  6. 1 tsp rósemary
  7. 1 tsp thyme
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1/2 tsp pepper
  10. 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

INSTRUCTIÓNS

  1. Póur diced tómatóes intó the bóttóm óf the slów cóóker.
  2. Cut spaghetti squash in half, crósswise. Scóóp óut the seeds and add tó the slów cóóker, hóle side dówn.
