STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD WITH CANDIED PECANS

 

Strawberry Spinach Salad with Candied Pecans is a delicióus salad that pairs perfectly with just abóut anything!

INGREDIENTS

1. 2 tbsp salted butter
2. 1 cup pecan halves
3. 2 tbsp brówn sugar
4. 6 óz baby spinach leaves
5. 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries, stems remóved
6. 1/4 cup crumbled góat cheese (ór feta cheese if desired)
7. balsamic vinaigrette (I used Litehóuse dressing fór this salad)

INSTRUCTIÓNS

1. Melt the butter in a small skillet óver medium heat. 
2. Tóss in the pecans and brówn sugar, stirring tó cóat.
