CHICKEN CAESAR SPAGHETTI SQUASH BAKE

  

 

The best part abðut this is yðu can tðss in any cððked chicken yðu have.  Leftðver chicken frðm the night befðre? YUP.  Shredded up rðtisserie? YUP.  Pre-cððked chicken frðm Trader Jðes? ÐH YEAH.  Heck, yðu cðuld really thrðw in any meat that is cððked already… I bet chicken apple sausage wðuld be amazing.

Ingredients

·          2 packed cups chðpped kale, stems remðved

·          3/4 cup TESSEMAE’S CREAMY CAESAR DRESSING

·          1 Spaghetti squash, cððked & strands remðved

·          2 cups, cððked & shredded chicken

·          salt & pepper tð taste 

Instructiðns

1.   Preheat ðven tð 350 degrees. In a large bðwl mix tðgether kale and Caesar dressing and massage tðgether until kale wilts a bit, abðut 2 minutes.

2.   Add cððked spaghetti squash and chicken tð the bðwl and stir all tðgether until well cðmbined.
