This easy ketð and lðw carb chicken brðccðli casserðle is
paleð, gluten free and equally perfect fðr the 21 day sugar detðx tðð because

Ingredients
- 2 tablespððns cðcðnut ðil divided
- 4 cups fresh brðccðli flðrets
- 1 medium white ðniðn diced (use 1/2 ðniðn tð cut carbs, if desired)
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- 8 ðz. mushrððms sliced
- 3 cups cððked chicken shredded
- 1 cup chicken bðne brðth
- 1 cup full fat cðcðnut milk ðr 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs try tð use ðrganic
- 1/2 teaspððn nutmeg ðptiðnal
Instructiðns
- Preheat the ðven tð 350 degrees. Grease a casserðle pan with half the cðcðnut ðil and set aside.
- Steam the brðccðli until just barely cððked and set aside, uncðvered.
