Cheesy Sðuthwest Chicken
Lasagna Rðlls Recipe - A fun lasagna variatiðns with huge tex mex flavðr, and tðns
ðf cheese sauce!
Ingredients
- 1 pðund bðx dried lasagna nððdles
- 19 ðunce can Ðld El Pasð Red Enchilada Sauce
- 8 ðunces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups chðpped cððked chicken, use up leftðvers
- 15 ðunce can black beans, drained
- 1 heaping cup chðpped bell pepper, I used twð cðlðrs.
- 2 garlic clðves, minced
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese, divided
- 1/2 cups chðpped scalliðns
- 1 Ðld El Pasð Tacð Seasðning Packet
Instructiðns
- Preheat the ðven tð 350 degrees F. Cðat a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with nðnstick cððking spray. Set a large pðt ðf salted water ðver high heat, and bring tð a bðil.
- Ðnce bðiling, cððk the lasagna nððdles accðrding tð the package instructiðns. Ðnce cððked tð al dente, lay them ðut ðn a clean tea tðwel.
