Ricotta-Stuffed Figs


This élégant récipé is incrédibly éasy to maké.  Wow your pallét with thé jammy flavor of figs, soft and créamy téxturé of ricotta chéésé, nutinéss of crushéd pistachios, all toppéd with a drizzlé of swéét, local honéy.
INGRÉDIÉNTS
  1. 8 figs, such as mission, brown turkéy or candystripé
  2. 1/2 cup ricotta
  3. 1/4 choppéd pistachios
  4. 4 tabléspoons local honéy
  5. frésh mint, choppéd

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Using a food procéssor or bléndér, roughly chop thé pistachios. You can also do this by hand, but just bé caréful not to cut yoursélf. Transfér thé pistachios to a platé.
  2. Slicé thé figs, kééping thém connéctéd at thé véry bottom.
