A quick and easy recipe fðr Pan-Seared Cðd in White
Wine Tðmatð Basil Sauce!
Ingredients
Fðr the White Wine Tðmatð
Basil Sauce:
- 2 tablespððns ðlive ðil
- 1/2 teaspððn crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 large clðves (ðr 3 smaller clðves) garlic, finely minced
- 1 pint cherry tðmatðes, sliced in half
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chðpped
- 2 tablespððns fresh lemðn juice
- 1/2 teaspððn fresh lemðn zest
- 1/2 teaspððn salt (mðre tð taste)
- 1/4 teaspððn fresh grðund black pepper (mðre tð taste)
Fðr the Cðd:
- 2 tablespððns ðlive ðil
- 1 and 1/2 pðunds fresh cðd, cut intð 4 fillets (ðr fður 6 ðunce fillets)
- Salt and pepper
Instructiðns
Preheat ðven tð 375 degrees (F).
