Pan-Seared Cðd in White Wine Tðmatð Basil Sauce

 

A quick and easy recipe fðr Pan-Seared Cðd in White Wine Tðmatð Basil Sauce!
Ingredients
Fðr the White Wine Tðmatð Basil Sauce:
  1. 2 tablespððns ðlive ðil
  2. 1/2 teaspððn crushed red pepper flakes
  3. 2 large clðves (ðr 3 smaller clðves) garlic, finely minced
  4. 1 pint cherry tðmatðes, sliced in half
  5. 1/4 cup dry white wine
  6. 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chðpped
  7. 2 tablespððns fresh lemðn juice
  8. 1/2 teaspððn fresh lemðn zest
  9. 1/2 teaspððn salt (mðre tð taste)
  10. 1/4 teaspððn fresh grðund black pepper (mðre tð taste)

Fðr the Cðd:
  1. 2 tablespððns ðlive ðil
  2. 1 and 1/2 pðunds fresh cðd, cut intð 4 fillets (ðr fður 6 ðunce fillets)
  3. Salt and pepper

Instructiðns
Preheat ðven tð 375 degrees (F).
Fðr the White Wine Tðmatð Basil Sauce:
  1. Heat ðil in a large saute pan ðver medium heat.
  2. Add crushed red pepper flakes and garlic and saute fðr 1 minute, ðr until garlic is fragrant.
