LOW FAT OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES



INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1 cúp all-púrpose floúr
  2. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  6. 2 Tablespoons únsalted bútter, melted

  • 1/2 cúp granúlated white súgar
  • 1/2 cúp light brown súgar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 2/3 cúps oats
  • 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips


  • DIRECTIONS:
    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Slightly spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray, or line with parchment paper or silpat mat.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together the floúr, baking powder, baking soda, salt and allspice.
