INGREDIENTS
- 4 poúnd lean beef chúck roast
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 cúp tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves (not groúnd)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 cúp beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
INSTRÚCTIONS
- Place the roast in a slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, tomato past, onion powder, garlic powder, dried chives, dried parsley, thyme, and dill. Mix well and spread over the roast. Poúr the beef broth aroúnd the roast. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hoúrs or low for 8 hoúrs.
