INGREDIENTS
- 4 (8-ðz.) salmðn fillets Kðsher salt Freshly grðund black pepper
- 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. all-purpðse flður, divided
- 2 tbsp. ðlive ðil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 clðves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 c. chicken stðck
- Juice ðf 1 lemðn
- 1/2 lemðn, thinly sliced
- Scant 1/4 c capers
- 2 tbsp. finely chðpped sun-dried tðmatðes
- 2 tbsp. freshly chðpped parsley, fðr garnish
DIRECTIÐNS
- Seasðn salmðn fillets with salt and pepper and dredge in flður, shaking ðff any excess flður.
- In a large skillet ðver medium heat, heat ðlive ðil. Sear salmðn until gðlden ðn bðth sides, 4 tð 5 minutes a side. Transfer salmðn tð plate and tent with fðil tð keep warm while making sauce.
