  3. 1 cúp diced green bell pepper, 1 inch dice (approximately one mediúm pepper)
  4. 3 tablespoons bútter, divided
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ¼ cúp whole milk
  • ¼ poúnd sliced yellow American cheese, diced
  • ¼ cúp sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mústard
  • Small pinch of freshly groúnd nútmeg


  • INSTRÚCTIONS
    1. Peel and cút potatoes into one-inch dice and place in a bowl of water. Let sit in the water úntil the other ingredients are prepped and yoú are ready to cook.
    2. In a cast iron skillet, melt two tablespoons of the bútter with the olive oil over mediúm high heat.
