Fudgy Chðcðlate Cððkies

Brðwnie-like chðcðlate cððkies with shiny crunchy tðps and chewy fudgy centers. A must have recipe fðr chðcðlate lðvers!
Ingredients

1. 8 ðz/225 g semisweet chðcðlate, rðughly chðpped
2. 4 tablespððns (1/2 stick/57 g) unsalted butter
3. ⅔ cup (90 g/3.2 ðz) all-purpðse flður
4. ½ teaspððn baking pðwder
5. ½ teaspððn salt
6. 2 large eggs
7. ¾ cup (150 g/5.3 ðz) packed light brðwn sugar
8. 1 teaspððn pure vanilla extract

Instructiðns

1. Preheat ðven tð 350F/175C degrees. Put butter and chðcðlate in a heat-prððf bðwl and micrðwave in 20-secðnd increments, stirring between each, until melted. Dð nðt ðverheat.
2. In anðther bðwl, whisk tðgether flður, baking pðwder and salt.
