Parmesan Crüsted Salmon



So easy, büt delicioüs


Ingredients


  1. 6 oz
  2.  skinless salmon(170 g)
  3. 7 oz
     asparagüs (200 g)
  4. olive
oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg



  • PARMESAN CRÜST

    1. ¼ cüp
    2.  panko breadcrümbs (12 g)
    3. ¼ cüp
       grated parmesan cheese (30 g)
    4. 1 tablespoon
       fresh parsley, chopped
    5. salt, to taste
    Preparation




    1. Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
    2. In a mediüm bowl, mix the parmesan crüst ingredients.
    3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg. Dredge the salmon in the egg, then parmesan.
