Heãlthier Chicken Ãlfredo Pãstã



INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 tãblespoon olive oil
  2. 2 chicken breãsts, cubed
  3. 1 teãspoon sãlt
  4. ½ teãspoon pepper
  5. 3 cloves gãrlic, minced
  6. 2 tãblespoons flour
  7. 1 cup chicken broth
  8. 1 cup skim milk, or milk of choice
  9. ½ teãspoon sãlt
  10. ¼ teãspoon pepper
  11. 2 cups spinãch
  12. 2 cups whole grãin penne pãstã, cooked
  13. ¼ cup Pãrmesãn, optionãl

PREPÃRÃTION
  1. Heãt the olive oil over ã skillet ãnd ãdd chicken. Seãson with sãlt ãnd pepper, ãnd cook 5-8 minutes, or until no longer pink.
