Ingredients

VEGETABLES

1. 1 red onion, diced
2. 2 cüps 
3.  broccoli florets(300 g)
4. 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
5. 2 cüps
6.  baby carrots(240

g)

1 ½ cüps

cherry tomatoes(300 g)

3 tablespoons

olive oil

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

10 sprigs fresh thyme

3 cloves garlic

CHICKEN 

1. 4 chickens
2. olive oil
3. salt, to taste
4. pepper, to taste
5. 1 pinch paprika
6. 4 sprigs fresh thyme
7. 4 cloves garlic

SPECIAL EQÜIPMENT

1. 2 baking trays
2. alüminüm foil  

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400°F/200˚C.
2. Place red onion, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes evenly on a baking tray. (Try not to let the vegetables overlap too müch so they roast properly.)
