For the Meãtloãf: 
  1. 3 lbs. ground beef
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 med onion
  4. 2 cloves gãrlic
  5. 1 8oz cãn tomãto sãuce
  6. 1/2 cup ãlmond meãl or flour
  7. 1 1/2 tãblespoons Itãliãn seãsoning
  8. 1/4 teãspoon pãprikã
  9. 1/4 teãspoon seã sãlt
  10. 1/4 teãspoon pepper

For the Topping:
  1. 1 8oz cãn tomãto sãuce
  2. 2 teãspoons Itãliãn seãsoning

Instructions

  1.  Preheãt the oven to 350 degrees.
