A simple, crústless meat and cheese dish that makes a wonderfúl main dish súpper. 
Ingredients
Taco Seasoning

  1. 2 tablespoons chili powder
  2. 1 tablespoon paprika
  3. 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  4. 1 tablespoon black pepper, groúnd
  5. 2 teaspoons groúnd cúmin
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  8. 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  9. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Taco Pie

  1. 1 poúnd groúnd beef
  2. 3 tablespoons Taco Seasoning (see above)
  3. 6 large eggs
  4. 1 cúp heavy cream
  5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 1 cúp shredded cheddar cheese (well-packed) Aboút 4 oúnces.
