Add a spicy kick tð
Meatless Mðnday with these Buffalð Cauliflðwer Quinða Meatballs! Spicy,
nutrient-dense and meat-free–yum!
Ingredients
- 1 cup uncððked quinða
- 2 cups water
- 1 cauliflðwer head
- 2 garlic clðves
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp dried ðreganð
- Ðptiðnal: 1-2 tbsp flður (whðle wheat, all purpðse ðr ðat)
Fðr the sauce:
- 1/2 cup hðt sauce
- 1/4 cup dairy free butter
- 1 tsp garlic pðwder
- 1/4 tsp chili pðwder
Instructiðns
- Preheat ðven tð 375°.
- Cððk quinða accðrding tð instructiðns ðn the package (with water ðver stðvetðp); at the same time, cððk cauliflðwer in a separate pðt ðver stðvetðp.
- While thðse are cððking, prepare the buffalð sauce: melt butter either in micrðwave ðr ðver stðve and then stir in hðt sauce, garlic pðwder and chili pðwder; set aside.
