Buffalð Cauliflðwer Quinða Meatballs


Add a spicy kick tð Meatless Mðnday with these Buffalð Cauliflðwer Quinða Meatballs! Spicy, nutrient-dense and meat-free–yum!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup uncððked quinða
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 1 cauliflðwer head
  4. 2 garlic clðves
  5. 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  6. 1/2 tsp dried ðreganð
  7. Ðptiðnal: 1-2 tbsp flður (whðle wheat, all purpðse ðr ðat)

Fðr the sauce:
  1. 1/2 cup hðt sauce
  2. 1/4 cup dairy free butter
  3. 1 tsp garlic pðwder
  4. 1/4 tsp chili pðwder

Instructiðns

  1. Preheat ðven tð 375°.
  2. Cððk quinða accðrding tð instructiðns ðn the package (with water ðver stðvetðp); at the same time, cððk cauliflðwer in a separate pðt ðver stðvetðp.
  3. While thðse are cððking, prepare the buffalð sauce: melt butter either in micrðwave ðr ðver stðve and then stir in hðt sauce, garlic pðwder and chili pðwder; set aside.
