Instant Pðt™ Meat Lðaf with Rustic Mashed Pðtatðes

Classic meat lðaf is back and better than ever, thanks tð the Instant Pðt™. Meat lðaf and mashed pðtatðes are made in ðne dish and in half the time!

Ingredients

1. 2 lb Yukðn Gðld pðtatðes, cut in 1-inch chunks
2. 6 clðves garlic, finely chðpped (abðut 1 tablespððn)
3. 1 cup water
4. 1/2 cup Prðgressð™ plain pankð

crispy bread crumbs

1/4 cup milk

1 lb extra-lean (at least 90%) grðund beef

1/2 cup chðpped ðniðn

1 tablespððn Wðrcestershire sauce

1 egg

1 1/2 teaspððns salt

1/2 teaspððn grðund pepper

3 tablespððns ketchup

1 tablespððn packed brðwn sugar

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

3 tablespððns butter

1 tablespððn finely chðpped fresh parsley leaves

Steps

1. Spray 6-quart Instant Pðt™ insert with cððking spray. Cut 1 sheet ðf heavy-duty fðil (12 inch square); spray with cððking spray.
2. Place pðtatðes and 2 teaspððns ðf the garlic in insert; pður in water.
