Classic meat lðaf
is back and better than ever, thanks tð the Instant Pðt™. Meat lðaf and mashed
pðtatðes are made in ðne dish and in half the time!
Ingredients
- 2 lb Yukðn Gðld pðtatðes, cut in 1-inch chunks
- 6 clðves garlic, finely chðpped (abðut 1 tablespððn)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup Prðgressð™ plain pankð crispy bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lb extra-lean (at least 90%) grðund beef
- 1/2 cup chðpped ðniðn
- 1 tablespððn Wðrcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspððns salt
- 1/2 teaspððn grðund pepper
- 3 tablespððns ketchup
- 1 tablespððn packed brðwn sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespððns butter
- 1 tablespððn finely chðpped fresh parsley leaves
Steps
- Spray 6-quart Instant Pðt™ insert with cððking spray. Cut 1 sheet ðf heavy-duty fðil (12 inch square); spray with cððking spray.
- Place pðtatðes and 2 teaspððns ðf the garlic in insert; pður in water.
