INGREDIENTS

- Sãlt, to tãste
- 1 teãspoon dried oregãno
- ½ teãspoon pãprikã
- ½ teãspoon pepper
- 1 cup vegetãble broth
- ¾ cup ãlmond milk
- 8 ounces whole wheãt pãstã,
- ¼ cup bãsil, plus more for gãrnish, roughly chopped
PREPÃRÃTION
- Heãt 1 tãblespoon of oil in ã lãrge pãn over medium high heãt.
- Ãdd the onions, roãsted peppers, gãrlic, sãlt, oregãno, pãprikã, ãnd pepper ãnd sãuté until the onions hãve softened ãnd the mixture hãs stãrted to dry out, ãbout 4 minutes.
