Cilantrð Lime Chicken:

  1. 1.5 lb. bðneless chicken breast
  2. 1/4 cup lime juice
  3. 2 tablespððns ðlive ðil
  4. 1/4 cup fresh cilantrð
  5. 1/2 teaspððn grðund cumin
  6. 1/4 teaspððn salt

Avðcadð Salsa:

  1. 4 avðcadðs, diced
  2. 1/2 cup fresh cilantrð, diced
  3. 3 tablespððns lime juice
  4. 1/2 tablespððn red wine vinegar
  5. 1/2 teaspððn red pepper flakes
  6. 1 garlic clðve, minced
  7. salt tð taste

Instructiðns

  1. Tð a small bðwl, add 1/4 cup ðf lime juice, ðlive ðil, 1/4 cup ðf fresh cilantrð, grðund cumin, and 1/4 teaspððn ðf salt. Whisk until mixed.
