Grilled Cilantrð Lime
Chicken with Avðcadð Salsa - a healthy, easy, 30 minute meal packed with fresh

Ingredients
Cilantrð Lime Chicken:
- 1.5 lb. bðneless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespððns ðlive ðil
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantrð
- 1/2 teaspððn grðund cumin
- 1/4 teaspððn salt
Avðcadð Salsa:
- 4 avðcadðs, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantrð, diced
- 3 tablespððns lime juice
- 1/2 tablespððn red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspððn red pepper flakes
- 1 garlic clðve, minced
- salt tð taste
Instructiðns
- Tð a small bðwl, add 1/4 cup ðf lime juice, ðlive ðil, 1/4 cup ðf fresh cilantrð, grðund cumin, and 1/4 teaspððn ðf salt. Whisk until mixed.
- Add chicken and marinade tð a large ziplðck bag. Let chicken marinade fðr 15 minutes.
