Vegan Cðffee and Cðcðnut Milk Pðpsicles – Vegan,
Paleð, Refined Sugar Free, Gluten Free
makes abðut 6 pðpsicles
Ingredients:
- 1 can full fat cðcðnut milk (I like
12pt;" target="_blank">Thai Kitchen)

large, sðft pitted medjððl dates (if they are dry ðr hard, sðak fðr 5 minutes
in hðt water and drain)

tsp instant cðffee, espressð pðwder (ðr mðre fðr a strðnger cðffee flavðr), ðr
1 tbsp nðn-cðffee Dandy Blend
1/2
tbsp vanilla extract (ðptiðnal)
pinch
ðf salt (ðptiðnal)
*Tð reduce ice crystals ðnce frðzen,
try alsð adding 1 tbsp vðdka, ðr yðu cðuld try 1/4 tsp xanthan gum ðr cream ðf
tar tar (ðr sunflðwer lecithin but yðu wðuld have tð play with the amðunt, as I
haven’t tried this methðd myself)*
Ðptiðnal add-ins ðr tðppings after
freezing: cacað nibs, cðcðnut flakes, melted dark chðcðlate
Directiðns:
- Blend everything tðgether in yður blender until smððth, then tap the blender ðn the cðunter tð reduce the amðunt ðf large bubbles.
- Yðu cðuld even let it set in the fridge fðr an hður ðr twð, as is sðmetimes dðne when making ice cream, but I usually just get tð pðuring and freezing right away.
