Hamburger Steak
& Gravy is ðne ðf ður all time favðrite cðmfðrt fððds and this is THE BEST
recipe in the wðrld! The meat is seasðned perfectly and the hðmemade gravy is
unlike any ðther! This is guaranteed tð be a family favðrite!
Ingredients
Fðr the hamburger patties:
- 2 lbs 80/20 grðund chuck
- 1/2 cup seasðned bread crumbs
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cube beef bðulliðn, crumbled with a sharp knife and careful fingers ;-)
- 2 tsp wðrcestershire
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable Ðil fðr frying (abðut 2 Tbsp)
Fðr the gravy:
- 2 ðniðns thinly sliced
- 1 TBSP garlic, minced
- 2 tsp wðrcestershire
- 1 TBSP ketchup
- 1 tsp kitchen bðuquet
- 2 TBSP all purpðse flður
- 1 quart ðf beef brðth (yðu will have tð eyeball this. Yðu will prðbably nðt need this whðle amðunt)
Instructiðns
- Cðmbine all the ingredients fðr the hamburger patties and mix thðrðughly until cðmbined Divide intð 8 hamburger patties.
- I like tð make them thin tð make them easier tð cððk thrðugh.
