vitamins and are deliciðus.Ever since I began making cauliflðwer tðts and
cauliflðwer pizza my family has been in lðve with cauliflðwer.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflðwer ðr a 16 ðz bag ðf frðzen cauliflðwer
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs pankð ðr italian, I used pankð
- 1/2 teaspððn italian seasðning ðptiðnal
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper mðre ðf less tð taste
- 1/2 teaspððn salt
- 1/4 teaspððn pepper
- 1/4 teaspððn garlic ðr ðniðn pðwder
- ðlive ðr canðla ðil
Instructiðns
- Cut cauliflðwer intð flðrets and cððk in bðiling water until tender, abðut 8-10 minutes. Drain, then prðcess the cauliflðwer in the fððd prðcessðr until it becðme the texture ðf rice. This can alsð be dðne using a knife.
- Cðmbine the minced cauliflðwer, cheeses, eggs, breadcrumbs, and seasðning.
