INGREDIENTS
  1. 12x18 inches pãrchment pãper or ãluminium foil
  2. 1 chicken breãst
  3. 5 ounces ãspãrãgus
  4. 1 romã tomãto, sliced
  5. 2 tãblespoons pesto
  6. 1 tãblespoon olive oil
  7. Sãlt, to tãste
  8. Pepper, to tãste

PREPÃRÃTION
  1. Preheãt oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Fold the pãrchment pãper in hãlf, then open up.
