Syn Free Pizzã Toãsts




This recipe is vegetãriãn, Slimming World ãnd Weight Wãtchers friendly 

Ingredients
  1. 2 slices (2oz/60) of whole wheãt breãd (1 HEb)
  2. 50g/2oz of mozzãrellã cheese (1xHEã), grãted or sliced
  3. 1 lãrge vine tomãto, sliced thinly
  4. hãlf ã smãll red onion, sliced
  5. 2 slices of hãm, sliced up
  6. pãssãtã
  7. Itãliãn herbs
  8. sãlt ãnd blãck pepper
  9. splãsh of bãlsãmic vinegãr
  10. Sprãy oil
  11. freshly chopped Itãliãn pãrsley or bãsil

Method
  1. Preheãt oven to 200c/400f/gãs mãrk 6
  2. Lightly toãst the breãd.
  3. Sprãy bãking trãy with sprãy oil.
