GÃRLIC PÃRMESÃN CHICKEN

 

INGREDIENTS

1. Pãrchment pãper or ãluminium foil, 12x18 inches
2. 1 chicken breãst
3. 1/2 zucchini, sliced
4. 1 clove gãrlic, minced
5. 2 tãblespoons butter
6. 2 tãblespoons pãrmesãn
7. Sãlt, to tãste
8. Pepper, to tãste

PREPÃRÃTION

1. Preheãt oven to 400°F/200°C.
2. Fold the pãrchment pãper in hãlf, then open up.
