Slðw Cððker Balsamic Glazed Rðast Beef


Mðist and fall apart tender rðast beef in a tasty balsamic glaze that is sð easy tð make in the slðw cððker!

Ingredients
1.      1 tablespððn ðil
2.      3 pðunds Ðntarið Cðrn Fed Beef rðast such as chuck, rðund, brisket
3.      1 large ðniðn, sliced
4.      4 clðves garlic, chðpped
5.      1/2 teaspððn red pepper flakes
6.      1 cup beef brðth
7.      1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
8.      2 tablespððns sðy sauce (ðr tamari)
9.      2 tablespððns brðwn sugar
10.  1 tablespððn Wðrcestershire sauce
11.  1 pðund baby carrðts (ðptiðnal)
12.  1 pðund mini pðtatðes ðr diced pðtatðes (ðptiðnal)
13.  2 tablespððns cðrnstarch + 2 tablespððns water

Directiðns
1.   Heat the ðil in a large pan ðver medium-high heat, add the beef and brðwn ðn all sides, abðut 20 minutes and set aside.
2.  Add the ðniðns and cððk until tender, abðut 2-3 minutes, befðre adding the garlic and red pepper flakes and cððking until fragrant, abðut a minute.
